Thomas H. Oliver, MD, a urologist in Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Department of Urology, has joined Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital (VWCH). He began seeing patients May 18.
At VWCH, Oliver specializes in kidney stones and blockages, urinary tract infections, prostate disease, male sexual dysfunction and infertility, overactive bladder, urinary leakage for males and females, testicular swelling and difficulty urinating.
Oliver joined VWCH from the Urology Group of Athens in Georgia, where he served as a full-time urologist for 31 years.
“I look forward to being involved in the Wilson County community and serving the urologic needs of my patients through my experience of over 30 years. I have family in the area, and I also look forward to spending time with them,” said Oliver, assistant professor of Urology.
He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia, where he also completed residency training in general surgery and urology. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
