Warren named Physician of the Quarter at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital

Larimore C. Warren, MD, a vascular surgeon who practices at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital, has been named as the hospital’s Physician of the Quarter. Warren was nominated by the hospital’s associates and medical staff and selected by the awards committee for his commitment to above-and-beyond patient care.

An active member of the hospital’s medical staff for 33 years, Warren has served on the hospital’s Credentials Committee and Performance Improvement Committee and as chair of the Department of Surgery. He remains an active member of the board of trustees.

Warren received his bachelor’s degree from David Lipscomb College in 1974. He earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee, where he completed a general surgery residency and fellowship in peripheral vascular surgery.

He is double board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Vascular Surgery, and he is a member of the Tennessee Medical Association, the Wilson County Medical Association and the American College of Surgeons.
